Oklahoma: Lottery proposal passes House committee29 March 2013OKLAHOMA CITY -- Senate Bill 863 passed through a House committee Wednesday, according to a Tulsa World report. The bill proposes to look at privatizing the Oklahoma Lottery among, although initially it merely calls for an an analysis of the proposal, the report said.
